About Us
How It All Began
Why did we plant a vineyard and open a winery? Because we love wine of course! Not to mention Jeremy's green thumb and passion for gardening extended to a whole new level. It was a leap of faith we took that landed us right where we want to be.
We couldn't have gotten to where we are today without all the help from our amazing families and friends, and the patience from our 2 children, Luca and Cora. Luca and Cora are quality control for the grapes and if you ask them, their favorite wine is Marquette!
Our Foundation
Silarian Vineyards is more than a business, it makes up who we are. The reality of bringing a long time dream to fruition began in the fall of 2012 when we purchased the original 6.5 acre farmette on Hilltop Road. January, 1 2013 Wild Hare LLC was underway and the first order of 800 red wine grapes vines was placed. Over the 6 year span, additional acres were purchased to round out our land to 10 acres and thousands of vines have been planted. Today the vineyard encompasses 5 acres of planted vines and houses a winery that was established in 2018.

At Silarian Vineyards, our focus is high quality estate wine that is a sustainably local farmed, Wisconsin product. Wisconsin wines are truly amazing and we want to be part of putting Wisconsin wines on the map.
