About Us
How It All Began
Why did we plant a vineyard and open a winery? Because we love wine of course! Not to mention Jeremy's green thumb and passion for gardening extended to a whole new level. It was a leap of faith we took that landed us right where we want to be.
We couldn't have gotten to where we are today without all the help from our amazing families and friends, and the patience from our 2 children, Luca and Cora. Luca and Cora are quality control for the grapes and if you ask them, their favorite wine is Marquette!
Our Foundation
Silarian Vineyards is more than a business, it’s a reflection of who we are and the dream we’ve worked tirelessly to build. That dream began taking shape in the fall of 2012, when we purchased the original 6.5-acre farmette on Hilltop Road.
On January 1, 2013, Wild Hare LLC was officially born, and our first order of 800 red-wine grapevines was placed. From there, the vision kept growing. We expanded our land to 28 acres and planted thousands of vines, each one representing a step toward creating a place where people can slow down, savor, and connect.
Our tasting room opened in 2018, and brought the name Silarian Vineyards, marking another milestone in our journey. It created a space where our passion could finally be shared in every pour.

At Silarian Vineyards, our focus is high quality estate wine that is a sustainably local farmed, Wisconsin product. Wisconsin wines are truly amazing and we want to be part of putting Wisconsin wines on the map.
